Russia Tourist Visa issued to foreigners who enter Russia temporarily for tourism, sightseeing,
visit family/friend or other private purposes. Tourist visas are issued for a duration of stay 14-30 days (check with your local Russian Embassy or Consulate) and are best when you know exactly where and how long you will be staying without diverting from your planned itinerary.
Single entry, double entry tourist visas are available. A double entry tourist visa cannot be issued for two separate trips to Russia with a return travel to the home country in between. Total period of validity of a double entry tourist visa cannot extend 30 days.

To obtain a Russian tourist visa you need to present to the Russian Consulate a tourist visa support (also called tourist invitation, tourist confirmation, or voucher).
The tourist visa support comprises:
- a standard tourist acceptance confirmation from the authorized hosting Russian travel agency, registered with the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The confirmation must contain the agency’s reference number.
- tourist voucher issued by an authorized travel agency, stamped and signed by an authorized person.
Please note that the hotel booking is not sufficient for visa application.

Requirements for foreign citizens to obtain tourist visa support to Russia:

To obtain your visa, you have to submit the copy of visa support along with the required paperwork to the Russian Consulate/Embassy of your choice and state “tourism” as the purpose of your visit while filling in visa questionnaire or you can use local visa service agency that can complete the process for you. Visa fee must be paid to Russian Embassy/Consulate where you apply for visa. The visa fee is different in each and every country as well as the processing time for visa. The earlier you apply for visa, the cheaper consulate fee for visa will be.
Visas for Children:
Children require separate visas if they travel on their own passports.
If a child travelling with parent is written in a parent's passport the invitation will be issued free of charge !
If child has a separate passport, you would need to complete a separate application form, tourist invitation fee is 15 Euro !
Double Entry visa support available for no additional fee.
If you need a double-entry tourist invitation, please, mention this in "Comments" field at the end of the application form. Also, please specify the country where you are going to travel. With a double entry visa you can only leave to a CIS country (e.g. Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Baltic States).
